  • We may choose not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, if there are shipping restrictions on a particular item, if the item is out of stock or fails to meet our quality control standards, or if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.

  • Additionally, we will not be held liable to you or any third party for removing products from the Site, whether or not those products have been sold; for modifying, screening, or editing any content or materials on the Site; for refusing to process a transaction; or for reversing or suspending any transaction after it has been processed.

  • To ensure the safety of our customers, all orders placed through our Site undergo fraud screening and security checks. Orders selected for security review cannot be processed until we receive confirmation from you. Therefore, it is important to provide a valid phone number and email address with your order, so we can reach you if we need to verify any details, such as billing or delivery information. Please note, we will never request full credit/debit card details from you.

    Although order cancellations are rare, we reserve the right to refuse any order in the following cases:

    • Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date, or security code.

    • Mismatched billing information (billing details you provide differ from those on file with your credit card company or bank).

    • Insufficient or incorrect shipping address (e.g., missing or incorrect street address, town/city, county, or postal code).

    • Fraudulent information.

    We may cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity and may refuse to process future orders from customers with a history of fraudulent orders. If we cannot contact you using the phone number or email address provided within 3 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund to the original card or payment method used.

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Promotions & Discounts:

From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes that can be applied to specific purchases or any purchases made through this Site. The terms and conditions for using these discount codes will be outlined at the time they are issued.

These terms apply to all Trixame promotions, competitions, and discount codes unless otherwise specified:

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order.

  • A maximum pre-discount order value of £300 applies.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

  • Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used on sale items.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: You have the right to return your order within 5 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@trixame.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement.

  • Once an order has been dispatched and the customer claims the delivery was unsuccessful, the item’s value will no longer be eligible for a refund. However, the value can be applied towards a gift voucher or the item can be resent to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier.

  • Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with shipping times ranging from 10-14 working days. You will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout, and tracking details once your order has been dispatched. .

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.

  • Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.

  • Amendments cannot be made to any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.
